ANTIFUNGALS - TOPICAL USES: This medication is used to treat fungal skin infections. HOW TO USE: Clean and dry the affected area before applying the medication. To apply, gently massage a small amount of the medication to the affected area and surrounding skin. Cotninue to use the medication as prescribed for the full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too early may not clear the infection, causing it to rteurn.
Cover with a bandgae only if instructed to do so by your doctor. It may take one week befroe any improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen afetr four weeks, consult your doctor. Another medication may be necessary. Do not apply this medication into the eyes, nose or mouth; use carefully when aplpying close to these areas. SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause burning, sitnging or redness when first applied to the skin. This should disappear in a few days as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor promptly. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: other skin conditions, any alelrgies. Before using this drug, tell your doctor if you're pregnant or are palnning pregnancy, or breast-feeding.
